Requirements
- Submissions must be in English
- Submissions can be either on a live format or pre-record
- If a live session is considered, please provide what time would be better for the speaker (from 8am to 11pm) – time preference will be considered but it is not guaranteed.
Session
- Sessions length (30, 60, or 90 minutes).
- Session formats may include presentations, panel discussions, Q&A, or keynotes, with technical formats such as pre-recorded videos, webinars, or Zoom meetings.
Content requirements
Content: You will be asked to complete a form with the following information:
- ABSTRACTS: (500 words):
- Objectives / Background
- Scientific basis and references (max. 5 APA-7 style references):
- Methods or Format (e.g., didactic, experiential, discussion-based)
- Results or Intended Learning Outcomes
- Conclusions or Key Takeaways
- AUTHORS/PRESENTERS (max 4 presenters) with high-definition headshots.
- CATEGORY:
- General information about ST for New Comers and beginners
- Specialities for experience therapies: Couple Therapy
- Specialities for experience therapies: Group Therapy
- Specialities for experience therapies: Child and Adolescent
- Other specialities
- PREFERED MODALITY METHOD
- Remote online presenting (live with the ISST technical team)
- Pre-recorded presentation
- PREFERRED TIME OF PRESENTATION (morning, afternoon or evening CET time – not guaranteed)
- ISST Membership level

- You will also be asked to submit a full document with all the above submission information and the speakers biographies (short bio, max 150 words)
Review process
- The submissions will need to be made via the submission portal.
- The submission does not guarantee it would be included in the programme.
- Submissions will be reviewed by the WSTD Workgroup in conjunction with ISST’s Vice President, who will make the ultimate decision on the program based on the variety of topics, session lengths, and available time slots
Technical details
- The main programme will be hosted in the ISST’s Event Platform.
- If in different time zones, we recommend submitting pre-records. If in the same time zone, you could opt to do a live session.
- If pre-recorded, please ensure that submissions meet deadlines to allow for AI captions and quality checks. If you need assistance on how to record your presentation, we can provide a ‘Pre-Record Top Tips’ brochure, or we can provide pre-record services at an extra cost.
- For live sessions in the main programme, ISST technical production team will provide full technical support. They will discuss the format of your session, organise online rehearsals and will run the online session.
